Third consecutive starter clutch gear breakage

For the third time in less than 1000 km my starter gears broke teeths - in fact it is starter idle gear No2- the small one that is linked with the starter motor and the starter motor itself - it took 3 months to bring parts - gear and armature for the starting motor - $180 alltogether-from Suzuki dealer in Bulgaria and it will take probably same time to bring new parts here -- and after couple of days - new disaster. Any ideas?
